These terms apply when you visit swayreel.com. By using the website, you agree to use it lawfully and follow these terms. SwayReel's photo-to-video generation service is being prepared and is not yet available for production use.
Only submit images and prompts that you own or have permission to use. Do not use the service to violate another person's privacy, impersonate someone without consent, or infringe intellectual property rights. Additional content rules will be published before generation is enabled.
The website is provided while we prepare the service. Features, availability, and supported formats may change. We will publish separate terms for accounts, payments, and generated content before enabling those features.
The website is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or a particular result from AI tools.
We may update these terms as the product develops. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
